You can fix this by manually adding "SCRIPTALIAS y" to the end of the /etc/wwwacct.conf file.
To do that, follow these steps:
1. Login to your server via ssh as root and open up the wwwacct.conf file: vi /etc/wwwacct.conf
2. Go to the bottom of the file and hit the 'i' key to make the file editable. Type in "SCRIPTALIAS y". The hit the 'esc' button to get out of the editable view.
3. Save the file and exit: :wq
4. Restart apache and you're ready to go: /etc/init.d/httpd restart
Hi Guys and Gals, I'll just say you all are top notch and go above and behind with support. I've tested many other companies none compare to the expertise you all. Previously I would just get a ticked bumped up to a higher level of tier support etc. with AYK everyone is knowledgeable and prompt. Thank you for offering a premium hosting solution. Warm Regards, Johnny
Great response time and excellent service. I've been with AYK for nearly a year now and I couldn't be happier. If you're ready to make the step up from budget hosting to someone that can still work with you to spec out a server for your needs at an extremely competitive price, shoot these guys an email and see what they have available. You will not regret it. With datacenters located all ove r the globe they're certain to have something for you.. or they'll just build it
I have been with ayksolutions for around 5 years and have been thoroughly impressed with them. All support tickets are answered within minutes, regardless of the time of day. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the support and services they provide. They are constantly doing crazy deals for servers as well. If you're looking for someone good and reliable to host with, from shared hosting to dedicated servers, I easily recommend ayksolutions.
