If, when you run top, you see an extremely high number of Total and Sleeping process running for your instance, you can tweak httpd.conf to control those values a bit better.
Specifically, lower the Timeout setting and disable KeepAlive.
Thanks for the fast sollution, it was my fault since my original e-mail got somehow bugged and I didn't got the invoice mails.
I have been using AYK for about 2 years now and they are always on top of any issues I have.
