If under "Nameserver IPs" you see strange nameservers reappearing after you have deleted them or they are not deleting period, please do the following:
1. Go to WHM --> Tweak Settings and uncheck the "Disable whois lookups for the nameserver IP manager." option.
2. Login as root into shell and delete them from the /etc/nameserverips file. Then restart named.
