If you are getting good wget speeds but very slow scp/rsync speeds when uploading/downloading files, try running the following commands to modify your sysctl.conf file. Just be sure to back it up first:

Additionally, you guys are always more than fair when it comes to helping me configure my boxes with my DirectAdmin control panel.
