cd ffmpeg-php/trunk/ffmpeg-php
phpize
./configure
make
make install
edit php.ini change extension_dir from extension_dir ="./" to extension_dir =""
and add extension= "ffmpeg.so" affter line ;extension=php_zip.dll
Restart apache
