You can do this through IIS management console: Control Panel, IIS, expand `local computer`, SMTP, Properties, General tab, click on Advanced button, Edit.
Prompt support, on New Years Eve of all days. Fixed issue within 10 minutes of submitting.
I had never heard of AYK Solutions before, but they had an awesome deal I couldn't pass up on WHT. So far the service has been exceptional, and the server is rock solid. I'll be moving my other servers here soon!
