It takes up to 72 hours after registration for the domain name to propagate throughout the internet so all of the computers can see it.
You also have to make sure to properly set up the nameservers on your domain to point to our machines. In most cases it will be something like:
ns1.ayksolutions.com
ns2.ayksolutions.com
