If your server does not parse html, then you need to install html2text. On Centos, this can be done using yum:
yum -y install html2text
This is useful if you have a form on your site and when someone fills it out, the html code shows up in your email, instead of having just the form text.

I have a two small shared hosting packages and the price I pay I don't expect to receive very good support. I accept with any shared hosting uptime cannot be guaranteed neither can it be 100% and anyone who suggests otherwise is living a dream.
