If, for some reason, you are not able to install/upgrade your new Windows server, please run the following commands and try upgrading again.

1. Stop "Cryptographic Services" in Services
2. Run "ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2\Edb.log *.tst" from the DOS prompt without quotes
3. Start "Cryptographic Services" in Services
