You can do this by logging in to Cpanel and clicking on "Generate Full Backup" at the top of the screen and save it to your computer. This file will include all of your files as well as databases!

Outstanding Customer Service Everytime I have emailed AYKsolutions I have gotten an outstanding response time from the technical support team.
