To delete more than one IP at a time from Cpanel, follow these steps:
cPanel add each IP address per line into /etc/ips config file. Edit the file
pico /etc/ips
and delete the lines the IPs are on. Save the file and restart 'ipaliases' service.
/etc/init.d/ipaliases restart
