How AYKsolutions Uses Personal Information Collected Online
Upon agreement with the customer, the customer submits and AYKsolutions collects billing
information, including the customer’s legal name, electronic mail (e-mail) address, home
address, business address and telephone number.
We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than that for which it is
submitted. We use personal information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide
operational notices and in program record-keeping. Typically, the only time we will give out
your personal information is if an abuse issue arises that requires your direct involvement
or if requested by legal authority through a valid subpoena request. Such legal authority
may be within or outside the EU. We do not sell any personal data to third parties.
Personal information is actively retained by AYKsolutions as long as the account related to
that information is active. If a user’s account is cancelled or terminated, AYKsolutions
retains the personal information on its servers but it will not be accessed by AYKsolutions
or a third-party unless and until the account is restored. AYKsolutions’s servers are
located outside of the EU. AYKsolutions engages in no profiling or automated decision-making
with regard to personal data.
AYKsolutions, LLC. utilizes FraudRecord to screen new orders for previous fraudulent
activity and report existing clients who violate our Terms of Service. In case of a
violation, you may be reported to FraudRecord for misbehaviour. FraudRecord is located
within the EU.
