There are two common things that could be causing this issue:
1. Your /etc/resolv.conf file does not have the necessary DNS information setup. Check that file to make sure the proper DNS IP addresses are there. If you are not sure what this means or what the IP addresses are supposed to be, submit a ticket to our support department.
2. There is most likely an issue with your zonetemplates in /usr/local/cpanel/etc. You can fix this by running the following from the command line:
cat /usr/local/cpanel/etc/zonetemplates/standardvirtualftp > /var/cpanel/zonetemplates/standardvirtualftp
cat /usr/local/cpanel/etc/zonetemplates/standard > /var/cpanel/zonetemplates/standard
cat /usr/local/cpanel/etc/zonetemplates/simple > /var/cpanel/zonetemplates/simple
Even though I only have a shared hosting plan, their technical support team responded to my tech support request within the hour, and correctly to boot. (I needed to have a subdomain point to a Tumblr blog by changing the CNAME.)
Great host, have tried many they're certainly a top choice for me. Premium bandwidth, great prices, 100% stable, and great support.
Thanks for the fast sollution, it was my fault since my original e-mail got somehow bugged and I didn't got the invoice mails.
